Start the tour by the Egyptian Museum, followed by feluka trip(sailing boat optional ) on the Nile, time to fresh up and have lunch, visit to a perfume shop , then visit the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Valley Temple and the Papyrus Institute.
Transfer back to Cairo airport to fly back to Sharm , Transfer back to your hotel in Sharm.
